- w3schools.com: The GOAT. The best place to learn CSS, HTML, Javascript, and a ton more! It even has tools of its own worth checking out.
- Guide to FlexBox: Be better than me; learn how to use flexbox with an easy-to-follow visual guide!
- imgbox.com: a handy image hosting site(that allows for hotlinking!); has a gallery-based organization system and the ability to comment on images
- filegarden.com: Just like imgbox, but inclusive of way more file types, and sports a folder-based organization system.
- CSS Background Patterns: This site has a nice set of toggable CSS designs you can easily copy-and-paste onto your own website.
- visual Studio Code: This is the code editor I use when not writing directly into neocities. I love it a ton!
- Hex, Rgb, and Hsl color picker: You can toggle between black and white backgrounds to test your colors against. It give sout hex8 codes as well
- CSS Grid Generator: Helps you create a basic barebones grid structure for your webpage!

- Photopea: Easy to use, in-browser image editor. Compatible with a ton of filetypes native to big-name software like Illustrator, Photoshop, GIMP, etc.
- Ezgif.com: Not only a solid gifmaker, but an all around very handy site for optimizing, resizing, and converting images, gifs, videos, etc.
- Dither It: A nice dithering tool with a wide array of dither modes and algorithims. Handy for cutting down on file size, or just getting a nice style down.
